3. Other symptoms of a heart attack may include breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness

A person suffering from an anxiety attack may have one or more of the symptoms. A key thing to remember is that the situation the person is in when the symptoms are evident is key to helping to determine the cause.

As you can see the symptoms of deadly heart attack are also some of the same symptoms that can indicate anxiety. While both a heart attack and anxiety are painful only one is deadly. This is why it's absolutely critical that if you or a loved one are suspected of having panic attacks that you go to a medical professional for an accurate diagnosis.
