Anxiety Lightheadedness | ||
Anxiety Lightheadedness can be a symptom of an overwhelming emotional state. Anxiety Lightheadedness is like an overload signal or light coming on a dashboard notifying the user that there is a problem. That problem in this case is an overload of emotions. There's a feeling of dizziness comes on without warning, and can happen almost anywhere or any time. It is not just one person or one thing. It could be the kids. The job the neighbor's dog barking, I simply don't know.
As the world has become increasingly complex, the problem of continuing to function in a dysfunctional society becomes even more problematic. We live in a hyper consumer society that has throw-away with things and I believe even throw away people. We applaud spending millions to save a beached whale while nothing is said as community vaccination centers to keep children healthy are closed. Most of us can maintain our equilibrium and control light headed feelings, simply by fooling ourselves by saying we can't do anything about that. There's a certain sense of right and wrong however, in each of us that must, if are honest with ourselves, sendoff warning signals in given situations. The alternative is that possibly we've become so callous, but we no longer here that voice inside us. To those of us suffering with anxiety headaches and symptoms, our logical mind however knows that something, either internal or external brought on the anxiety attacks and the dizzy Lightheadedness feeling. That light headed feeling can happen like any other anxiety related symptom. They can come on without warning and start seemingly without any stimulus.
Luckily for the great majority of us, the dizzying feeling and emotional overload dissipates as fast as it comes on us. This anxiety headache is also part of panic attacks. These too are serious and brought on by emotional overloaded state. It seems that this symptom is common for a lot of type of problems. Feeling anxiety light headed symptoms is common with many anxiety disorders. I've come to the conclusion that for many of us living with anxiety and depression and still able to function, we have reached the state due to our efforts to balance the reality that we find ourselves living. With no common values, excuses for bad behavior, few benefits for good behavior, and conflicting social attitudes, the larger question is why aren't more of us struggling with the situation called life!
