Anxiety Disorder Symptoms

Common Anxiety Disorder Symptoms

Anxiety and depression are extremely prevalent in our society. It's important to realize that anxiety disorder and panic attacks are closely associated with depression and other mood disorders.

When looking at any symptoms recognize that it's important to thoroughly understand the context and intensity of the indicator.

Here's an example:
If you're running in your heart beats fast in your out of breath.

That's OK

If you're walking out to check your mail in your heart starts pounding in your out of breath...

THAT'S NOT OK!

This is what I mean when I say context. Normal healthy people breathe harder in their heart beats much faster during physical activities.

Intensity is another thing to remember.

If you're high in the mountains and get up quickly. It's quite normal to feel a little lightheaded and dizzy. If you get those same feelings however, when thinking about a certain situation or activity this MAY NOT BE OK!

Although many anxiety symptoms are considered quite normal taken individually and in the right context many deadly illnesses also have the same or similar symptoms
