While all these home cures are great, it's important to realize that if your anxiety is affecting your life routine, you need to seek out professional help.  While it's normal to sometimes feel anxious and stressed out, these feeling can sometimes overwhelm you to the point of becoming paralyzed emotionally.  Do not allow yourself to get to such an emotional state that dealing with the problem becomes more complex than it truly needs to be.  Any anxiety cure should be considered a good one if it helps relieve the stress and strains that weigh on you.
